He has planned a special three course tasting around the star of Lao cuisine, sticky rice, emphasizing its significance and offering insights into its preparation, choice of grains, and culinary versatility. Lemongrass chicken wings with Thai chili sweet and sour sauce, Lao style beef jerky and Lab gai will also be on the menu for you to taste on October 4th, paired with wine from the shop.
