Welcome to Acme’s 8th Annual Salt & Smoke Festival, and our very FIRST Salt & Smoke To-Go! We're here to provide you with all the food, booze, and tools you need to host your very own Salt & Smoke Festival from home. After all, Salt & Smoke began as a backyard party between friends, and we can’t think of a more appropriate time to bring our festival back to its roots.

The FOOD:
Overnight smoked pulled pork barbecue, straight off the hog. Chopped and sauced. Southern sides that could feed an army. Bourbon mashed sweet potatoes. Cornbread. Coleslaw. Mac & cheese. Collard greens. Hoppin’ John. Southern pimento cheese & crackers. And don’t forget the pumpkin pie…
+ Bamboo plates and cutlery for two included.
The DRINK:
Set up your bar with an assortment of beer from Foothills Brewing, wine from DeMaison Selections, and a cocktail kit from TOPO Organic Spirits. *Due to alcohol to-go laws in North Carolina, specifically the disallowance of the sale of liquor to-go, we encourage you to take a hop, skip, and a jump down to TOPO’s distillery to pick up a bottle of their amazing spirits to enjoy with your Salt & Smoke cocktail kit.
The SALT:
Salt & Smoke wouldn’t be complete without a helping of these delicious, salty morsels - oysters from our good friends at Shooting Point Oysters in Virginia! Stay tuned for a further instructional video by Danny Gallivan of SPO as he schooools you on how to shuck your own oysters. Yes, cursing is allowed. It’s called experiential learning, folks! Includes lemons and housemade cocktail sauce.

The SWEET:
Because everyone loves a s’more. And a DIY s’more (or three) after a delicious drink or two (or three) is about as joyous as life gets mid-COVID 2020.
