What was once a temporary concept has now become a permanent fixture. Opened in 2006, Ad Hoc is Chef Thomas Keller’s restaurant showcasing American comfort food. The daily-changing four-course menu features dishes like buttermilk fried chicken, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, and barbecue, with the option to add supplements such as Regiis Ova Caviar or wine pairings. Meals are served family-style to increase the conviviality of the Ad Hoc experience and to further recreate the casual comfort of home.
