The best things in life are often unplanned. Such was the case when Jeff Jones acquired the acclaimed Dry Stack Vineyard, and then again when he and brother Peter Jones met winemaker Jesse Katz.

Inspired by Jesse’s intense focus on terroir and the complex relationship between nature and science, the trio formed aesthete to produce the best possible single vineyard wines.
