The focus at Albena is working with the best home grown domestic ingredients and showcasing them in a bold and dynamic multi course menu. The setting for this meal is an intimate eight seat counter where Chef Garrett Lipar and his team prepare and serve directly to the guest. Our goal is to create a meal that brings you into the kitchen and part of the conversation about why the details matter.
