Born and raised in Mexico City, chef Cardoso trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France and honed his skills at esteemed Parisian restaurants including Iñaki Aizpitarte’s the Chateaubriand. Returning to Mexico City in 2013, he now operates Loup Bar, a popular natural wine bar that features small plates perfectly paired with wine and cocktails.
