At Alloro Vineyard, celebrating and sharing the natural offerings provided by our beloved property has always been core to who we are. Over the years, we've worked hard to develop and nurture this land into more than just a vineyard - we continually strive to create a true whole-farm ecosystem here at the estate. Whether it be our vegetable garden, the various fruit and nut trees, or the family of cows, pigs, sheep, and goats - we're always focused on giving as much to this land, and its inhabitants, as they provide for us.
Each year, we are fortunate enough to harvest a healthy bounty of fresh produce and ultra-local animal products for our, and your, culinary enjoyment. After a hiatus in 2020, we could not be more excited to announce that the Alloro Whole Farm Dinner will be returning this fall! This multi-course meal focuses on sourcing many of the fresh ingredients right here from the Alloro property, all prepared by a skillful culinary team with a passion for highlighting those ingredients.
This year, we are incredibly fortunate to partner with one of our favorite local culinary minds - Chef Pascal Chureau. You may recognize his work from Allium Bistro, JoLa, or one of the famous Field & Vine events he hosts here in the Willamette Valley. His mastery of these ingredients and his vision for this unique food+wine experience make him the ideal leader in our kitchen.
Reservations are now open! We strongly recommend booking early as there are only 40 seats available for this exceptional evening.
