Gamay is one of our favorite grapes. Fruity, floral, and utterly delicious, it’s usually exclusively thought of as the foundation of Beaujolais, but there are some truly exciting applications of it found in various neighboring regions in France. This month, we’re diving into other areas that grow Gamay, and lesser-known but equally mind-blowing alternative uses of it. Join us on Saturday, October 26th for our tasting and class devoted to this much-loved grape and its various natural wine applications outside of the 'Bojo Rouge' norm.
