The Alps are a magical region, often seemingly untouched by modern civilization. The mountains are alive, continuously growing and evolving, and the wines and cuisines are just as dynamic as the region itself. You may think of The Alps as glamorous, with luxurious destinations such as Gstaad and St. Moritz, but they’re also filled with farmers, winemakers, and other salt-of-the-earth folks. This February, we’re celebrating the wines made throughout the region, specifically focusing on the portions of France, Northern Italy, and Switzerland that cover this majestic terroir.
Join us Saturday, February 22nd for our Alpine class and tasting, featuring several all-natural examples from the region paired with the silky, rich, unctuous
native dish Raclette!
