Anomaly SF is Chef Mike Lanham’s “Southern-Inspired Modernism”. The cuisine is best described as a study in texture, flavor and temperature drawn from the first 25 years of his life growing up in Georgia. The kitchen team works hard to marry his Southern upbringing, beautiful California ingredients, and technical proficiency. They are backed by a robust beverage program and talented, amicable wine professionals.
