We have decided to go big for our End of Spring Dinner at Arc! We have invited 5 of our favorite local booze brands (Holy Mountain Brewing, Bizarre Brewing, Tahoma Fuji Sake, Dizolve Mead, and Sennza Finne Amaro) for a 5-course dinner pairing, with 10 beverage courses and in-person presentations from each maker. As an added bonus, we've collaborated with long-time friends Barkada Edmonds to bring you the ultimate fusion to pair with each course. Just think of Barkada's award-winning Filipino comfort food alternating with intriguing spins on the Arc flavors you know and love.
