On Thursday, September 26th Aska will create a unique elBulli inspired menu for one special evening.
To celebrate Adrià's visit to New York, Chef Berselius will create a menu that marries Aska’s Scandinavian flavors and culinary traditions with the innovative and enduring legacy of Adrià's dishes he created at elBulli.
The event begins at 6:30pm with a drinks reception featuring Krug Champagne, followed by a multi-course dinner, in which the guest-of-honor, Ferran Adrià will give remarks describing the latest happenings at his innovative culinary academy and think tank, the elBullifoundation, in Spain.
The private dining room is available for parties of eight guests with a 7:30 PM seating time for $1,500 per guest (plus tax) .
The price is inclusive of the reception, dinner, beverage pairing, as well as a copy of the Adria’s 7-volume 2011 Catalogue Raisonné elBulli 2005-2011 ($600) and Chef Berselius's 2018 book, Aska ($59.95).
Please note, Aska cannot accommodate vegetarian or vegan preferences, nor egg, sugar, or vinegar allergies for this event. Due to the quality and availability of our ingredients, some of which are foraged, allergies or restrictions presented unexpectedly at the table cannot be accommodated.
