Drawing from their culinary roots and childhood experience in the kitchen, two of San Diego’s rising star Chef de Cuisines (and best friends), Christopher Gentile of AVANT Restaurant and Brandon Sloan of Pendry’s Provisional Kitchen, Café & Mercantile reimagine some of their favorite family recipes in Back to Roots: A Chef Collaboration Dinner.
This interactive culinary journey begins with dueling canapes on the AVANT Patio. Chat with the chef’s, sample & compare each creation while sipping on a handcrafted welcome cocktail, before enjoying an innovative four course meal, comprised of collaboration and individual chef’s dishes, expertly paired with cocktails and wine.
Tickets are $95 per person, plus tax and 25% Rancho Bernardo Inn service charge.
