join us at avec west loop to celebrate the vibrant produce of the season and the
incredible farmers who make it all possible. we have crafted a 6-course vegetarian family style menu highlighting the local produce brought to us by our local farmers, paired with locally made beverages.
- first course -
charred tomatoes with labneh harra, smoked almond and fried garlic served with hearth baked pita
- second course -
fried okra with, tamarind, avocado and crispy lentils
- third course -
grilled cucumbers and watermelon with stracciatella and peanut dukkah

charred eggplant and jimmy nardello pide, scamorza and pickled corn

braised collard greens and oyster mushroom tagine with lavash
