Join Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Chef Perry Hendrix on Monday, December 9th, to celebrate the release of their new book, Cooking for Good Times, inspired by avec.
This family-style dinner will feature the dishes that have made avec a mainstay in Chicago's dining community while Paul and Perry share stories of their origins and tips for making your favorite dishes at home. Wines for the evening will be personally selected by One Off Hospitality’s Eduard Seitan to complement the menu.
Enjoy an evening of conversation and story-telling from the One Off team, centered around good food and good times. Each guest will receive a signed copy of Cooking for Good Times.

deluxe focaccia with taleggio cheese
slow roasted pork shoulder
