On Monday, October 19th at 6:00pm Chef Tim Caschette of AVVINO will be virtually demonstrating two seasonal recipes; a mushroom flatbread appetizer and braised beef short ribs with roasted root vegetables and hazelnut pesto. The demonstration will be held via Zoom - a link will be emailed to you! Ingredient boxes with everything you need to make these delicious recipes will be available for pick up at AVVINO on Thursday, October 22nd. Each box will feed two guests and also includes a bottle of wine to pair! The demonstration will also be recorded so you can use it as a reference while making the recipes. Learn something new, enjoy a date night at home with great food all while helping support an important organization in our community!
