There's no better month to revisit one of Taiwan's most celebrated dishes, the beef noodle soup made with a ton of beef bones, beef shanks, our own blend of soybean paste and traditional spices, and topped with our own fermented mustard greens. This is a simple menu with a few refreshing side dishes plus dessert to accompany the leading dish.
