To celebrate Brunello Week in Vancouver, Bacaro is hosting a five-course dinner inspired by one of Tuscany’s most famous wines, Brunello di Montalcino. The terroir of Montalcino offers optimum conditions to produce high-quality wine and Brunello is one of the most sought-after wines in the world. Along with each course prepared by Chef Scott Korzack, Bacaro’s Wine Director, Emma Goyer and Kitchen Table’s Matthew Morgenstern have selected a pairing from the Montalcino region. Included with the five wines are two Brunello di Montalcino wines from the classically rated 2016 vintage. Brunello Week runs from May 1st to May 7th and is brought by the Consorzio dell Brunello di Montalcino.
