In Part 2 of Balan's Guest Chef Supper Series, Executive Chef Justin Brown invites army combat veteran Chef Alex Lotero of Misfits Culinary Group for a collaborative dinner.
This is a ticketed event on Tuesday December 8th. Each ticket includes a 13 course tasting menu thoughtfully curated with seasonality in mind and a strong understanding of product, flavor profile, and texture. Each guest will be treated to an extremely unique and extraordinary culinary experience. Part 2 of our Guest Chef Supper Series is most likely to be the most unique of our entire series taking everyone's taste buds to unimaginable extremes.
