Join us for an evening of fantastic food and Champagne while avoiding the hustle and bustle of Valentine's Day week! We are being joined by Pascal Boye, the VP of sales for Champagne Collet, who will tell us all about the unique offerings.
The dinner features 4 different Collet Champagnes, all of at least Premier Cru quality, paired with 4 dishes beautifully constructed by by our culinary team. The Champagnes include: Brut Art Deco, Brut Rose, Blanc de Blancs, and Demi-Sec with the opportunity to upgrade your dinner with a glass of the prized Esprit Couture Champagne.
