For our March dinner, Chef Megan has once again come up with a great menu featuring some of our best BCV wines.
The Menu
Welcome Wine: A special favorite... 2021 Albariño.
First Course: Lemongrass Pork Skewers & Petit Greens served with our 2021 Zinfandel.
Second Course: Ostrich & Crawfish Raviolo with Spinach, Green Garlic Butter. As a special treat for our club members, we are premiering our 2020 Petite Sirah with this incredible dish.
Third Course: Pear Ice Cream, Chocolate & Almond Biscotti. Served with one of our new Cava Cocktails...
$75 per person plus a 20% gratuity charged at the time of ticket purchase. The gratuity shows up as a "Service Charge" on your receipt.
