Each class will be 45-minutes, offered on 6/24 & 7/15 from 9:00am-9:45am and will be followed with a boozy brunch at Bar Siena.

JUNE 24 - Bar Siena X Chi - Society w/ Kelly Amshoff • Bodyweight HIIT Class
Get ready to sweat with all bodyweight moves! Packed with high intensity interval exercises, with plenty of modification to fit all fitness levels, this class is for everyone!
JULY 15th - Bar Siena X MVFITNESS
Get ready to sweat to high energy and vein-pumping music in this straight-up cardio dance party. This class keeps you moving the entire time as you dance through easy-to-follow choreography all while you laugh, sweat, and most importantly have fun doing it!

Tickets are $58 (excluding tax & gratuity) and includes the class & brunch (1 entree per person, bottomless mimosas, coffee, and one of BomboBar's bomboloni doughnuts).
