Beast & Cleaver is neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood focused on whole animal, artisanal butchery using local, sustainable, organic meat. Chef's tasting dinners operate Thursday - Sunday evenings as The Peasant. Sunday and mid-week events vary from butchery classes to special dinners.
