Building on our first 2 classes, Sauces 103 will explore two savory mother sauces and a sweet sauce for dessert. Learn how to make Bèchamel, Espagnole, and Ganache, including their variations (like Mornay) and application to dishes.
This will be an exciting class to learn, eat, and drink as you elevate your sauce game and favorite dishes! This class costs $150 and you can reserve your space with a $50 deposit.
