Beast & Cleaver is neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood focused on whole animal, artisanal butchery using local, sustainable, organic meat. We offer a wine bar Tuesday & Wednesday evenings with an a la carte menu. Chef's tasting dinners operate Thursday - Saturday evenings under the name of The Peasant. Sunday events vary from butchery classes to vintage wine dinners.
