Beast & Cleaver is a butcher shop and restaurant in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood focused on whole animal, artisanal butchery using local, sustainable, organic meat. Our 5-course set menu operates Thursday-Friday evenings as The Peasant with one seating at 7:30. Saturday-Sunday you can enjoy our à la carte Steakhouse experience, The Beastro.
