Orange wines are some of the best wines for cheese and some of the most misunderstood from a wine-making perspective. This is echoed with orange rinds, aka washed rind cheeses, who are some of the most delicious and misunderstood cheeses. For this class we are putting together these two deliciously popular wierdos.
We will be pairing up four orange rinded cheeses and four orange wines while learning a lot about the unique processes that give these items their unique flavors.
By default, tickets are for in-person participation and are priced per individual. Tickets for those younger than 21+ years old or wishing to have no alcohol are available at a discounted price. Your admission includes our expert instruction, four-cheese board, and four half glasses* of wine.
If you wish to participate online, please select the online pickup* or delivery* option after selecting the number of tickets. If ordering delivery, you will only need to select for delivery once.
Delivery is only offered within Chicago (606xx) and will be delivered the evening prior to your class. Addresses must be given at least 48 hours prior to class or your delivery will be canceled without refund. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org
*All participants picking up, receiving or having delivered any alcoholic beverage must be 21+ years old. Pickups and delivery alcohol portions will be at least 4oz per person and packaged in sealed containers for sharing.
