Sheep milk produces some of the best cheeses in the world. A few you may know like Manchego, Pecorino Romano, and Roquefort, but those fluffy little dairy clouds have more depth than you know. We will be tasting some of this wide variety of cheese made from sheep milk. While doing so you'll learn about why their cheese tastes unique, the different types of sheep, how they help humans live in marginal environments, and delve into a few other fun details. This will be a delicious class!
While our in person seats are not sold out, you still have the opportunity to attend live via online. At check out you will have the opportunity to select pickup or delivery, as well as purchase pairings for the class.
If ordering delivery, you must fill out the Tock questionnaire with you address at least 72 hours prior to the event. Delivery is offered within Chicago (606xx) and will be delivered the evening prior to your class.
