Come by the shop to meet Mike Schalau, brewer and co-owner of Is/Was Brewing, iswasbrewing.com. You'll be able to taste a few of Mike's great beers and chat with him about what makes his beer so great.
Our cheesemongers will also be pairing up a special flight and cheese board with our favorite Is/Was & cheese combos. The tasting is free and you can stop in anytime. Reservations are encouraged but not required for flights and pairing boards.
