Sheep milk produces some of the best cheeses in the world. Roquefort and Manchego are two popular ones, but there is so much more to discover. We will dig in and taste a wide variety of cheese made using sheep's milk. You'll learn about why sheep milk cheese tastes unique, the different types of sheep, how they help humans live in marginal environments, and delve into a few other fun details. This will be a delicious class!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. You may select your preference after booking your tickets. Each ticket will receive a tasting kit of at least five different cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are available for purchase at check out.
