Every year in the Alps, cows slowly march from their Alpine pastures to their valley homes for the winter. The result of their Summer in the Fields is some of the tastiest cheeses around. In the cheese world, we refer to these cheeses as "Alpage" which loosely translates from Swiss dialect of French to "unbelievably delicious, rich, and perfect for Thanksgiving". We will be talking Alpage and tasting our 2022 collection of Alpage cheeses which are only available for a limited time around the holidays.
For your convenience, this class is offered online and in person. You will have the chance to select your preference at checkout. Also at checkout, we offer a variety of beverage pairings, charcuterie, and other delicious items to round out your experience.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID.
