Five nations, 1 animal. In this tasting and class, we will be trying five different sheep milk cheeses from Europe. We will see how the five different nations all have different approaches to cheese due to their culture, climate, history and a myriad of other reasons. This class is partly an ode to the shop's favorite dairy animal and partly an anthropological look at cheese making. It'll be fun, informative and best of all .... delicious.
This class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket will receive a tasting kit of all cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Alcohol and charcuterie pairings are available for purchase at checkout.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together.
All participants will get a reminder email two days prior to the class with pickup information, online class link, and in-person arrival instructions.
