Join us as we continue our Legendairy Cheese Series. Hosted in our classroom, these classes are an interactive tasting and exploration into a particular cheese, its history, variations, beverage pairings, and culinary applications. This month, we selected something close to home.... Cheddar.
Our class will start with a tasting of different midwest cheddars, each paired with a different beverage (alcohol*/non-alcohol pairings available). While tasting the different cheeses, we will lead you through the history of cheddar in the Midwest, how its made, why it tastes so good and share a few fun stories along the way. After a brief break, our culinary mongers will present you three different preparations of cheddar to highlight its culinary versatility and share a few cooking tips with you.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select this option during checkout. Each ticket includes a tasting of five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID.
