Each year a few select cheeses are released for a limited time: Rush Creek Reserve, Winnimere, and Ebeenzer. These cheeses are highly allocated and hard to get, but cheesemongers always find a way to get these on their holiday table. This year we are giving you a chance to try each of these cheeses and more. For the first time, we are having a release party to celebrate, taste, and learn about the tradition of bark-wrapped cheeses. You'll have a chance to try the big three plus a few more as we talk about the history, process, and flavor of these cheeses. This is a class not to be missed and seats are highly limited.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID.
