If you can never get enough brie, this is the tasting for you. We will be tasting a range of soft-ripened cheeses and learning about what makes them so delicious, why we decided to eat moldy cheese, when to eat the rinds, why they taste different from different places and celebrate the fluffy white stuff that we actually love in January.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. Reselling for greater than posted value is prohibited. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID.
