To pair with the Shrimp Boil we will be featuring Bailly Lapierre Cremant de Bourgogne. This sparkling offers a blend of the appellation's four grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, Aligote), a perfect pairing with this savory southern seafood menu! Included in the boil is 1 lb of shrimp, two whole potatoes, 1 piece of corn, and 3 sausages.
