Alliance Française and Be Bubbly invite you to challenge your palate and expand your vocabulary as owner/expert (and Queen Bubblehead) Erin Riley talks us through the history, families, techniques and flavors behind a flight of small-grower champagnes accompanied by an exquisite selection of small bites. Translation provided by our estimable Professor Malek. All are welcome and encouraged to linger/bavarder post-dégustation. Additional bubbles, still wines and menu items will be available for purchase.
$60 per person, includes tasting flight of three small-grower champagnes paired with an appetizer plate.
