Drinking rosé during the summer is so 2019 (even though that’s what we’re doing). This week’s tasting will focus on the pink drink, exploring three very different styles of rosé, how they’re made and why that matters.
We’ll talk about the current culture of rosé, what’s great about it and what would make it even better. We’ll even look at it through a critical (but still rose-colored) lens and ask the important question: What if we did more with rosé other than drink it on a patio in warm weather?
Tickets to Zach's class include 3 bottles of rosé, a snack from the chef and tasting notes. We will contact you by Friday to schedule pick up, or delivery within 5 miles, of your class materials on Saturday between 3pm and 5pm. Zach will email instructions to join online and for proper storage of your wine until the time of the class.
