La Rioja Alta produces classic Rioja wines in a traditional manner, employing only American oak in its cellars and prolonged aging in both barrel and bottle before wines are released. Formed in 1890 as a partnership between five grower families, the estate continues to be a leader in quality, age-worthy wines that showcase both the power and nuance of Tempranillo.
We will host the bodega's Export Manager, Pepe Navarro, for an evening showcasing both the estate's classic wines of Rioja, as well as their whites from coastal Rias Baixas and modern-style Tempranillo from Ribero Del Duero. A stunning late summer menu to compliment the intensity of the evening's wine selection makes this a not to miss event.
