In 2003, Andrea and James Frey founded Trisaetum in one of the few places where climate, soil and entrepreneurial spirit combine to produce some the world’s best wines: the Willamette Valley. Today, the family owned and operated winery in the heart of Oregon’s Ribbon Ridge AVA produces small lots of acclaimed Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sparkling wines. From the beginning, the Frey family has been committed to a running winery that is not only located in this beautiful and diverse ecosystem, but an integral part of it. Every step of the viticulture and wine making process at Trisaetum is carefully planned to take only what they need from the surrounding environment, while at the same time giving back to it along the way.
Of his wines, James Frey has said "I like wines that have presence and some weight, but I don't want them to be heavy. I think that's the holy grail of wine making. You want wines that are interesting and have texture but they also have vibrancy and life."
Representatives from the vineyard will be present to share their expert knowledge and passion for these wines.
The ticket price includes a four-course dinner with wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
