The Ultimate Pasta Insanity, Part V
The favorite Italian food worldwide is pasta.
So we are doing a special meal with 7 different courses of pasta.
I’m going to serve dishes that have never been served at Bello and most of them have never been served at an American restaurant.
You will get pasta dishes that you never even imagined could exist.
All made by an Italian born and trained chef.
I want to show the full range of what can be done with pasta in a way that has not been done before in America.
Don’t worry - portions will be appropriately sized so that you can enjoy every course.
The 7 courses will each feature a different pasta and the following ingredient:
Vegetable - House made Gnocchetti Sardi - Zucchini and Shrimp
Cheese - Fregola Sardi, Scamorza, Preserved Lemon
Fish - Calamarata - Monkfish Ragu
Shellfish - Risotto di Mare, Calamaretto Spillo, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams
Mushroom - Paccheri with Panchetta & Funghi
Meat - House made Gnocchi with Ragu
Dessert - Torta Di Riso
Substitutions are politely declined for special events dinners as the kitchen cannot handle custom orders with so many plates.
The cost is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. A special wine pairing selected to go with each course will be available for an additional $60.
