Venice is the most popular tourist destination in Italy. The canals. The Piazza San Marco. It is a city that everyone must visit at least once. And once seen, you will never forget it.
What many people do not know is that the cuisine in Venice is both distinctive and spectacular. Venice is obviously on the water and they have spectacular seafood from their lagoon. There are 4 Michelin Star restaurants nad one 2 MIchelin star restaurant, from Italian super chef Enrico Bartolini. Venice also has its own version of bar snacks, called Cicchetti. THink of them as Italian tapas except better, because they are Italian.
Sandro is well familiar with Venetian food and knows a thing or two about seafood. We will be bringing the food of the city to Bello later this month.

Cicchetti 1 - Albacore in saor, Polpette di Polpo with Lime Aioli
Cicchetti 2 - Crostino with creamy baccalà mantecati, Omelette di Gamberi
Cicchetti 3 - Fried meatballs with spicy sausage, Crostino di Fegato alla Veneziana
Zuppa di Clams, Mussels
Risotto Nero di Seppia - squid ink risotto with octopus
Anatra Alla Vallesana, Treviso - duck cooked in wine with a side of roasted Radicchio Treviso
Dessert - “Bellini” White Peach, prosecco granita, Vanilla Semifreddo
Substitutions and alterations are politely declined for all special dinners including this one.
Tickets are $75 per person. Wine pairings are an optimal additional $75.
