The Pinot Family is one of the oldest vinifera grapes in the world, and all of them (Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc) are genetically identical. Where they differ is the color of the berry. At this dinner, famous Master Sommelier Peter Neptune will explore the world of Pinot with a look at wines from Italy, Oregon, California, New Zealand and of course Burgundy.
