Without a doubt, one of the absolute hottest winemakers in Napa and Sonoma is Jason Moore of Modus Operandi Cellars. Moore has turned out vintage after vintage of highly scoring wine since he founded the winery in 2004. A self taught winemaker, Moore has been an innovator in new techniques for fermenting and aging wine. He is considered an absolute leading light of American winemaking. We are incredibly excited to host him for a 5 course dinner with wine tasting.

Bello serves a combination of authentic Italian fare as it’s served by traditional Italian restaurants in Italy as well as modern Italian fare served by Italian Michelin star restaurants.
