Bello by Sandro Nardone kicks off its 2023 winemaker dinner series with one of the central coast's most exciting winemakers, Jordan Fiorentini of Epoch Estate Wines. Famous for drawing her tasting notes, Fiorentini's brilliance shines through each vintage- her organic, biodynamic wines regularly score in the high 90s across leading wine critics' reviews. "I'm excited to have Jordan join us," said Bello chef de cuisine Zach Scherer. "Her reputation in the winemaking community is outstanding, and her approach to 'allowing the vineyard to speak' tells me we view our crafts similarly."
