Announcing L’Apéro les Trois’ fourth of six annual seasonal dinners, February 13, 2023 “Celebrating the Lemon”
A four-course dinner for 34 people, plus appetizers, paired with our Lemon aperitif and Berryessa Gap Vineyards wines, served at L’Apero’s Tasting Lounge at 22 Main Street.
Our space is transformed with long tables draped in rustic linen, set with candles, and vintage Haviland Limoges, to serve our family-style meal, created by award-winning cookbook author and partner, Georgeanne Brennan and cooked by Berryessa Gap winery owner, chef and partner, Corinne Martinez, and guest Chefs Kathi Riley Smith and Roxanne O’Brien of Sacramento. The wines are all made by Berryessa Gap winemaker and partner, Nicole Salengo
With the piano playing softly to set the mood, enjoy passed appetizers created especially to pair with our Homestead Quince Aperitif, then continue to be seated for a leisurely, French Farmhouse-style dinner, each course paired with a different Berryessa Gap wine and concluding with Lemon French Tarte au Citron with Whipped Cream
