Welcome to Biblio! A new style of restaurant that puts wine first and focuses on pairing flavors to each, individual bottle.

We offer both a customized tasting menu, "The Blind", where we pair courses to accompany your selected bottle(s) of wine, as well as "The Storyteller", a 5-course, preset tasting menu of our current favorite pairings.
