-Discovery Menu: $265 per person (available Tuesday-Thursday)
-Journey Menu: $325 per person (available Tuesday-Saturday)

Our menus focus on ingredients in the most whole form that we can find them in. This typically means produce that is in season, which in turn means they are at their best and most flavorful. Pricing Transparency: We believe in transparency in every aspect of our operations, including pricing. We want all guests to feel confident and informed when dining with us, and ensure that you have a clear understanding of the value of what we do. The quality of ingredients, skills of our employees, and our dedication to excellence is reflected in every experience we provide. We aim to maintain consistency and fairness in our pricing policies, which allows us to showcase our commitment to providing exceptional experiences without compromising on the quality of our offerings. Prepaid reservations and all purchases made while dining will have a 22% Administrative Fee applied to the bill. The Administrative Fee is not gratuity, however, it allows the restaurant to pay all the employees fairly and is used to offset operational costs. No additional gratuity is required. Menu Price - $325 22% Admin Fee- $71.50 (pricing not inclusive of beverages or sales tax) Restaurant Costs - Food: $91.00 Labor: $146.25 Employee Benefits: $29.25 Remaining costs go towards operating expenses such as rent, utilities, insurance, and taxes.
