Join us at the farm for a four-course WINTER WINE SUPPER (the first out of four seasonal suppers planned for 2023!) featuring delicious gourmet eats curated by Chef ML of Canapés. Each dish is crafted to pair perfectly with a favorite Black Ankle wine!

First Course
2021 Reserve Chardonnay + Roasted Root Vegetable Soup
finely diced carrot, parsnips, and brussels sprouts, topped with kataifi-wrapped baklava basted scallop, spiced nut dust
Second Course
2020 Rolling Hills + Pappardelle
butter garlic cream, leek, crispy prosciutto + sage, house-made wide noodles, crispy onion, baked parmesan crumble

2020 Crumbling Rock + Roasted Pork Belly
house-made buttermilk biscuit, cranberry sour cherry jam

Terra Dulce IX + Cocoa Ravioli
