At Blacksmith Italian we are proud to use Montana beef, pork, bison, duck, cheese and eggs in creating the flavors of Italy. Our house-made pasta is made with Montana wheat.
Our Paradise Valley trout is used by some of the best chef's in the country and its from 20 minutes away! In season we get fantastic produce from small local farms.
Our Italian heritage is represented in the flavors and hospitality you will experience at Blacksmith!
